Course 1: EPA 608 Universal Certification
Get certified under EPA Section 608 regulations with everything you need to pass — interactive and self-paced training, unlimited practice exams, downloadable study guides and a proctored final exam. The EPA 608 Universal course certifies you to handle refrigerants in Type I, Type II, and Type III appliances, preparing you to work across all three appliance types.

Course 2: A2L & A3 Low-GWP Refrigerants
The AIM Act (2020) mandates a shift towards low-GWP refrigerants with restrictions taking effect starting January 1st, 2025. * This supplemental course builds on the EPA 608 certification to prepare technicians to work confidently with low-GWP, A2L and A3 refrigerants through one hour of online training.
*Under the AIM Act, new residential and commercial HVAC appliances must use low-GWP refrigerants starting January 1st, 2025. Any appliances bought prior to that date that do not use low-GWP refrigerants must be installed by January 1st, 2026.
